BCHA Membership
Back Country Horsemen of
America is made up of individuals, chapters/units, and state organizations. Individuals:
if there is no chapter in the area, an individual may join
BCHA directly by contacting the office via email. Dues are $30 per year and include the
BCHA Newsletter which is a quarterly publication.
BCHA Spur Partners
Or you or your organization may choose to join the "Spur Partner"
program which allows the member to give a bit extra to support the
activities of the BCHA. Contributions from these special memberships will be
designated for education, promotion and expansion according to BCHA
philosophy and purposes. Projects beyond the normal BCHA budget might include
the develoment of educational and promotional literature, participation in
regional or national training symposium and assistance on behalf of BCH
organizational efforts.
These special memberships will be
recognized in the BCHA National Newsletter.
Diamond Spur $1,000 annually
Gold Spur $500 - $999 annually
Silver Spur $250 - $499 annually
Bronze Spur $100 - $249 annually
Spur $50 - $99 annually
Chapters/Units are local organizations: After two or more are formed
in a state, then a state organization is usually formed. Until a state organization is
formed, the local units are called "affiliates".
